Refund policy

We offer a 14 day return Guarantee!

 

You can return parts within 14 days of the purchase date. A re-stocking fee of 15% of the total purchase value will apply. This only applies to direct purchases in our webshop with shippments within the EU. 

We don't accept returns for purchases with shippments outside of the EU.

We don't accept returns on anything marked CORE, Fuselages, Items made from Glass like windshields or anything stating "No Returns Accepted".

Returns are handled on a case-to-case basis, and we do our best to be fair and reasonable.

Once we receive your returned parts, you should expect to receive your refund within a week.

Please be aware that we don’t cover the shipping costs for your return.
